These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the closed beta test of Tokento. They are an agreement between you and ABHI G STUDIOS PVT LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 17197255 and registered office at 4th Floor Office, 205 Regent Street, London, England, W1B 4HB. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.
Please read these Terms before installing Tokento. By installing the game, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install the game and contact us to withdraw your invitation.
You must be at least 13 years old to participate in the Tokento beta. We do not currently verify participants' ages. Apple's separate eligibility requirements also apply to TestFlight, as explained in section 10.
Participation is limited to invited testers. While the game remains unreleased, you must not publicly share the build, screenshots or videos, or transfer your invitation to another person.
The beta is provided free of charge. It contains no purchases, subscriptions, advertising or real-money transactions.
Tokens are earned through gameplay and may be spent on in-game items. During this beta, tokens have no cash value and cannot be purchased with real money, sold or redeemed outside Tokento.
We will inform you before any change to these arrangements takes effect.
Tokento is unfinished software provided for testing. It may contain faults, features may change or be removed between versions, and an existing version may cease to operate. Features included in the beta may not be completed, and we do not undertake to complete or commercially release the game.
Game progress is stored locally on your device. An update, reinstallation, software fault or deletion of the app may result in loss of that progress. We cannot restore the local save. The shared copy of a home provided through Friends is not a backup of game progress.
These limitations do not exclude the responsibilities or consumer rights set out in section 8.

Third-party software and asset licences continue to apply. These Terms do not restrict permissions granted under those licences.
The code, artwork, characters, writing and Tokento name created by us belong to ABHI G STUDIOS PVT LTD.
The game also incorporates third-party software and assets, including its engine, music and sound effects, under their respective licences. We do not claim ownership of those materials. Attribution and licensing information is recorded in the game's licence records and is available on request.
You retain any rights you have in the homes you design and names you choose. This does not transfer ownership of the underlying game assets, including furniture, walls or other materials used in those creations.
By opening Friends, you permit us to store a copy of your home and display it to visitors who present your friend code. This permission is limited to operating Friends and continues only while the home is held on our server. It ends when the shared home is deleted through Menu → Delete my data.
Anyone who obtains the code can view the shared home, including a person to whom it has been forwarded. We do not verify a visitor's identity or whether you authorised that person to receive the code. We use the shared home only to host it and display it through Friends.
We may remove you from the test if you breach these Terms, share the build or your invitation, or if continued participation would put other testers or the service at risk. We may also end the beta for all participants.
Where practicable, we will give advance notice and explain the reason. In cases requiring immediate action, such as serious misuse or a security issue, we may remove access immediately and notify you afterwards.
The beta is unfinished and is provided free of charge for testing. It may contain bugs, fail to function as expected or become unavailable. Access may be interrupted, individual versions may stop working, and the beta may be discontinued. Saved progress may be lost and cannot be restored by us.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics of beta testing. This does not waive your consumer rights or exclude our responsibilities under sections 8.2 and 8.3.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory right you have as a consumer.
We are responsible for loss we cause where it is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to exercise reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable or for business losses. Tokento is provided for personal use.
Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
The Privacy Policy explains the personal data processed in connection with the beta, the purposes and lawful bases for that processing, retention arrangements and how to exercise your rights.
Tokento's optional usage data is collected only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time through Menu. Friends and voluntary problem reports involve separate processing. Apple's TestFlight collection is also separate and is not controlled by Tokento's usage-data setting. Accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to optional analytics.
Tokento is distributed through Apple's TestFlight service. The TestFlight terms and Apple's applicable standard app licence terms apply in addition to these Terms.
These Terms are an agreement between you and ABHI G STUDIOS PVT LTD; Apple is not a party to them. Where these Terms conflict with terms required by Apple, the required Apple terms prevail. These Terms do not alter Apple's responsibilities to you or our obligations to Apple.
If you are under 18, Apple's TestFlight agreement requires you to review it with a parent or guardian. We do not verify whether that review has taken place.
Apple automatically collects information about testing and makes information available to us. Our respective processing is explained in the TestFlight section of the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in the European Union, you retain the protection of the consumer laws applicable where you live and may bring a claim there.
